As a Business Development Executive, you will secure and retain business through professional, consultative, proactive sales activities directed at decision-makers and decision influencers at existing and new clinical sponsors.

POSITION:

Business Development Executive

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:

Actively prospecting and leveraging potential new business opportunities within specified potential new and/or existing Customers/Accounts.
Establishing relationships and identifying potential opportunities through active networking in the industry.
Collaborating with Sales Management to identify and prioritize list of target Account opportunities for each ‘prospecting cycle.’
Establishing and executing a comprehensive sales plan for each target account.
Leading the sales process; preparing and leading the sales presentation.
Coordinating with contracts/proposals to develop proposal and handle follow-up related to the sale.
Maintaining visibility within customer organization and monitor customer satisfaction.
Planning and coordinating all customer sales activities.
Analyzing potential opportunities and developing sales plans for each target account.
Reporting all sales related activities in CRM system.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

Bachelor’s Degree in business, science, or related discipline.
5 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Solid understanding of the principles of Solar industry.
Strong computer skills (MS Office Suite: MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, and Internet).

The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities needed for this role:

Excellent understanding of solar business and Industry Trends and ability to interpret the trends relevant to the solar business.
Excellent analytical skills in assessing and interpreting customer business data.
Exceptional communication skills in English language (written and verbal).
Must be self-directed and capable of prioritizing opportunities and performing multiple tasks.

POSITION:

Data Analyst

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:

The data analyst works collaboratively with the research team and reports to General Manager. We purchase various raw data and we need to analyze and correctly classify the data according to our internal rules.  This duty includes extracting data, creating Categories, testing websites, creating reports based on the findings. There are various research projects that require examining various files and databases and provide a meaningful summery according to our clients needs.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Professional integrity, confidentiality, and daily communication and establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with other personnel in a multicultural environment;
Work with open mind and identify opportunities for improvement;
Create reports and assist in the analysis of data;
Create graphs, infographics, and other methods to visualize data for researches;
Format/manipulate large data sets to find usable information;
Create presentations and reports that are based on recommendations and findings;
Process confidential data and information, following institutional guidelines;
Manage and design the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and metadata;
Support the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements;
Troubleshoot the reporting database environment;

EDUCATION:

Minimum baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution.

Fluent speaking and writing in English language is a must. Knowledge of a second European language is a plus!

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 1 year experience in related fields.
Ability to translate and communicate data findings into non-technical, lay terms;
Ability to work with large-scale database files;
Experience in creating data visualizations;
Demonstrated knowledge and experience of working with Excel files.
